How to use

For exceptional results, first apply Delilah's Underwear Primer to your face. Then, apply one pump of Time Frame Foundation to the back of your hand. Use your fingertips to blend the foundation over your face, paying special attention to areas that need coverage. Use Delilah's Foundation Kabuki Brush to blend it beautifully.
