Shipping and Return Information

What shipping methods are available?
KuypersShop's logistics partner is DHL. They use their services to deliver the finest beauty products to you!

Can I order from abroad?
Yes, if you're located abroad, you can still place an order with us. However, the delivery address you enter must be in the Netherlands, Belgium, or Germany.

How many days will it take for my order to arrive?
If you order before 5:00 PM on weekdays, you'll often receive your order the next day. If your order is placed after this time, it will unfortunately not be shipped and will be shipped the following day.

Are the shipping and returns free?
For orders under €40.00, shipping costs within the Netherlands are €5.95. Orders over €40.00 are delivered FREE within the Netherlands.
The shipping rate for Belgium for orders under €75 is €9.95.

Both the costs and the risk of returning the product are your own responsibility. We recommend that you keep your proof of shipment. If the defect is covered by the warranty, we will send you a return label after reporting the defect. In such cases, please contact customer service so we can handle the matter correctly.

You have the option to pay for your order via iDEAL, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay or credit card.

Are there any discount promotions I can take advantage of?
New discount codes appear regularly, which you can redeem during checkout. Keep an eye on our website and social media accounts to stay informed about current promotions!

Is it possible to cancel my order after payment?
Yes, this is possible. However, your order will be shipped daily at 3:00 PM. Orders can be canceled free of charge before 3:00 PM by contacting customer service. Cancellations after shipment are not possible. If you decide not to continue with your order, you can always return it.
